Return & Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Tiffanieparrish96@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
